1.Travel to Kazan, Russian Federation to participate and contribute to a workshop “Corruption risks and factors in public services provided to business entities at the municipal level” to be held on 18 May 2018 and present.
2.Collect and analyses data, including concrete cases of corruption factors and trends in the provision of public services (4 out 8 public services covered in the first year of project implementation) in 9 new pilot regions and 2 additional public services in all 15 pilot regions, through implementation of the methodology and questionnaires designed in the first year of project implementation.
3. Update the draft Technical Paper.
4. Participate in a workshop to present and discuss the main findings and recommendations of the updated Technical Paper, and solicit comments and inputs including concrete cases from workshop participants with the aim to finalise the Technical Paper. The workshop is tentatively planned to take place in the Russian Federation in December 2018
5. Finalise the Technical Paper based on the feedback and additional information emerging from the discussions in the workshop.
